Flexographic Printing
Toucan Packaging offers state-of-the-art printing capabilities. We offer 10-color flexographic printing that easily handles the most demanding photo reproductions. Our continuous investment in printing capabilities, coupled with our high quality standards, has kept us at the forefront of today's printing technology.
Our assortment of machinery c have the capability to print on virtually any substrate you require, including all types of films, metalized structures, and papers. This flexibility coupled with quick change over capabilities and experienced pressmen ensures minimal waste and exceptionally high printing speeds; an economic benefit that can be passed along to our customers. When asked to meet short lead times, our team delivers product on time without compromising quality, consistency or performance.
Lamination Processess
Lamination is the process where two or more independent webs are joined together into a single web. This can be done using liquid adhesives (adhesive lamination), wax (wax lamination), or melted plastic resin (extrusion lamination). There are three types of adhesive lamination systems for flexible packaging – water based, solvent based, and solvent-less. Of these three, we offer solvent and solvent-less lamination at Toucan Packaging.
Our laminations include: Paper, Foil, BOPP, Nylon, LDPE, and PET
Custom Fininshing
Toucan Packaging is the leader in high-speed, precision slitting in widths up to 65 inches. Our packaging is produced to stringent quality specifications, with special care taken for specific customer needs without comproxmising quality.
Pouch Creation
We can arrange for our high-quality packaging material to be converted into preformed pouches and bags with a variety of special features including stand up pouches with zipper, center seal, quad seal, side seal and sideweld poly. Our capabilities allow us to fabricate extra large bags up to 70 lbs. suitable for the pet industry.
Shrink Sleeves
Toucan Packaging can print and convert vibrant shrink sleeves using its state of the art seamers. Special care is taken to ensure vibrant form filled packaging that catches the eye of captivated consumers and reflects brand excellence.
Flexibility
We make a broad range of run sizes, easily accommodating both small and large jobs. On the same note ample capacity for urgent orders.
