PREFORMED POUCHES
Preformed pouches continue to grow in popularity with consumers. They offer distinctive benefits for your products and are a cost-effective alternative to rigid packaging. The variety of styles and sizes we offer make it easy to match the right pouch to your needs. Preformed pouches lend themselves to smaller batch sizes, quick changeovers and most importantly provide an outstanding shelf appealfor your brand.
SPOUT POUCHES
If your company packs liquid food products such as smoothies, yogurt or snacks for toddlers, you could choose to go with the Toucan spout pouch packaging, which makes it easy to enjoy snacks while on the go. Many brands are starting to go with spout packaging instead of the traditional rigid packaging concept because the design is convenient for customers and offers several benefits for the company as well.
ROLL FED FILMS
Roll-fed labels are supplied in roll form, hence their name. But, unlike pressure sensitive labels, they are printed on unsupported film or paper without pre-applied adhesive. Hot melt adhesive is used to secure the label to the product during label application. Once applied, the labels fully wraparound the product, providing 360 degree billboard space for branding and product information.
Available in Standard (not shrinkable) and Roll Fed Shrinkable. also known as ROSO. which means (Roll On Shrink On). These materials use the same application equipment and process as standard roll-fed, with the added step of running through a heat tunnel to shrink the label and conform to the container, making them ideal for shaped and tapered plastic containers and aerosol cans.
Standard wraparound roll-fed labels are best suited for straight wall cylindrical or square containers, making them ideal for beverage, food and household products.
